Hilltop Villas are situated on the foothills of Mt. Maungataurtari in rural Waikato. We are located close to Cambridge, Arapuni, Matamata and Tirau, in the central North Island.

We are centrally located close to Cambridge, Arapuni, Matamata and Tirau. Lake Karapiro and the Waikato has something for everyone. The area features Maungatautari Sanctuary Mountain. This is the worlds largest fenced ecological sanctuary. Some of the best cycle and walking trails, trout fishing & golf are on our doorstep
